to weed fans: addiction is something quite different from physical dependence, which is indeed an expected result of opioid use. Just my two cents.

When Halo 1 came out I spent hours playing that game, because I was so into it that I couldn't put the controler down until I finished it.  I mean the way the storyline was just made me want to find out what was going to happen next, so I played and played and played it until I got to the end.  I remember one day I spent 8 hours playing that thing...lol I only got up from the couch to use the washroom but then went right back to playing. I knew that playing for that long wasn't good, but I just couldn't remove the controler from my hands. lol

Ugh, I know what you mean. After reading Loco Lopes' thread on fitness where he says NO JUNK FOOD I was thinking: Yup, I can do it, I have the willpower!  Yesterday, however, I found myself wrestling against my right arm which was holding a spoonful of Nutella. I'm ashamed to admit my arm won. Damn the MOFO is strong! Then out of guilt I jogged/ran/walked for 8 kilometers. I felt better after that but then later on we went bowling and I sucked. I really needed a break after that. Of course I mean a Kit Kat! So I had some. Ugh... chocolate is ruining my life!

Chocolate... it's honestly my weakness.... i get the shakes if i dont have anything with chocolate in it... I'm thinking of starting a support group.
