Now last but not least, hitting the weights. I know what most of you ladies are thinking, you don't wanna put on muscle or have that bulky look. But the important part of muscle is for every pound of muscle you have your body's able to burn an extra 100 calories!!! doing high rep anywhere from 10-15 rep will put your body in a aerobic mode which means you still be burning and at the same time you'll be tightenting and toning your body THE RAP UP Doing cardio is one of the best ways to burn calories and fat, but at the same time don't neglect the weights, their also an essential part of burning fat and you can still do sit-up and crunches aslong as your doing your cardio!!!! AND CUT BACK ON THE JUNK FOOD!!!
I seriously can't! But I do take off all the extra junk on my junk food. For example, if I'm gonna eat some Oreos, I only eat the cookie part and throw away the cream.

If you are just starting start by streching then warm up by jumping the rope, jogging and jumping on the spot raising one knee at a time make sure you are sweating at the end. Then do some light weights on most of your body.

Loco, in your next class, please define whether stuff like pizza and burgers are considered junk as well. You should also explain how eating more often will help slim down as well.
