I've been at it for a while now, but I just think that I need to change up the routine... thats why Im looking for a trainer, but am NOT willing to pay for one... lolYah, thats the Salvi in me coming out... That makes two us...lol That's why I'll just stick to my kickboxing and Winsor pilates...DVDs, but they work I tell ya. Yes, Winsor Pilates is awesome. It improves your overall shape, posture and flexibility. I've been doing Winsor Pilates for like a year. I've noticed increased flexibility but no toning, really. Mind you I didn't really keep up with it during the summer because I preferred jogging and I was pooped by the time I got home. I started the Stott Pilates now with the toning ball, I like those better - I really feel the workout there.
you should try the FIRM really good work out tapes!!!

@ X@vier..... So True. Your house is like the "Health Store". Reason why I bring my own real/good snacks. @ Chale don't pick Xavier as your advisor, he will so Boot Camp you. Trust me I know, he like that with me. LOL
Drink plenty of water, stay away from things that have too much sugar in them, because it turns into fat. If you're a begginer start slow like X said. You can start with working out two to three times a week then work your way up. Mix low impact workouts with high impact workouts throughout the week. You can do cardio one day and weights the next, and go from there. Just eat healthy, workout and treat yourself to some junk once in a blue moon, and most importantly have fun!!
