Same here..I remember the days when I used to not even sleep cuz I was partying and I could drink..but now I cant do that at all..my bed time gets earlier and earlier every year! I feel really old and I am only 25 grrrrr I wish i had that same YOUTHFULNESS that I did back in the day...

I almost died on the treadmill today... DIED! I was huffing and puffing. It took me months to build the endurance I had and I blew it all in two days of partying. If any of you see me smoking again... SLAP ME! DO IT! I won't be mad.

I know how you feel lathina, after 30 everything it's just not the same. After 33 it gets to another level ( a point of no return ). So try to quit smoking or else you'll suffer more.
I don't smoke and I can tell the difference between me and other guys who smoke ( I'm bigger..hahaha!)
