This Wednesday is actually Spotlight Entertainment's red carpet event @ PLAZA FLAMINGO.....


From 7pm-9pm......$5 cover.....and they will be serving empanadas...


RICKY FRANCO is one of the guest speakers....along with people in Fashion, Record Labels...etc


So from 7-9pm I'm booked!


 


I am not backing down from the challenge.....so my 2 options are:


#1:   have the challenge at Plaza with their colombian empanadas


#2: meet at 9:30 pm @ Jumbo Empanadas and eat for about 2 hours.....LOL .....that way I can bring more hungry challengers with me
