Exaclty, why do you think that in some culture, it is so important to make sure that the girl is a virgin ? Because she worth food and here virginty has to be "proven" during the wedding night, showing the white sheet spoted w/blood. Does prove you're a virgin but ....


That's why this surgery nowadays exist.


And no, it doesn't disturbe me but it's sad.
