A vacation? Yes, I was thinking about it. Not an option at the moment.. (job).
Maybe trying something new....ah that would get my mind of things. Or a good laugh. Brainstorming here eheh.
I reduce STRESS by playing soccer on the weekends. Thank god for soccer, it balances me out. I don't know what I would do with out it. Also dj'en helps me release stress, Music is a huge part of my life. Working out not only helps with stress but keeps you in shape....
Also studies show that having SEX in regular basis can and will reduce the stress level.
Jus so you guys know.....

Hello foros. A question. How do you cope with stress? ..even like every day stress, it can build up over period of time? What helps you relax, …free your mind?! Like when you are on the edge of you nerves and want to explode. Tea, herbs, yoga, smoking, gym, screaming, anything……any suggestions. I know wine works, but not doable everyday – don’t want become an alcoholic lol. So does sex, but don’t suggest that either lol. Do you have any extra activities or vent/snap at other ppl?? LOL.. Ah! What do you guys do to reduce stress? …what helps you calm down, go with ease??
