NOPE!!!... I don't take anything is all in ur head!!!! vitamins just give u a push but if u always take them is just like any other drug......ur body just becomes so used to it u never feel the same without it and u feel like u need it to do anything the best way is eat properly and a lot of fruit.

i was always taking Centrum but i stoped. no wonder i'm feeling weak lately.. but i always eat good food

Equate brand Century Plus (it`s the generic equivalent of Centrum). Cheaper price and same ingredients.

I'm BUTT'ing this thread cause I know a few people that partied hard this weekend and are dead today but I'm not so bad. For u, i recommend Greens Plus. I've been taking it for a couple weeks straight now and even after drinking hard and having only 2 hours sleep Thursday night then repeating Friday night, I was totally awake and even had energy to drive a fellow Foro member home downtown (from the burbs) at 4am and back again. I was totally fine Saturday and sunday. Even though my sleep sucked last night less than 5hrs, I have energy for today. Look into it if you are like me and have totally fakked up your sleep routine. End commercial.

It's true.. if you're taking too many vitamins, your body at the end is not going to absorb all of them....

you're on the right track, because really, the only people that should be taking vitamins and supplements are those who can't digest/break down it down from their food.

I read somewhere that taking multivitamins and minerals is not the smartest thing to do because some minerals may make it difficult for the body to absorb some of the vitamins and then there are some poorly absorbed minerals because of the time release something something something So... I just take vitamin A, D, E and zinc (when I remember to do so).

I'm not very good remembering to take my vitamins, but when i do i take Vitamin C, i was given Vitamin B complex but they have a funky smell and i hate the way it makes me feel. So i cut those.

I try to eat as healthy and balanced as possible.
Maybe i'll have a booster juice today..hmm.

They are natural multivitamins and minerals.....

I take the GNC brand of Mega Man. The name is deceiving...I'm not looking into getting into bodybuilding...they are multi-vitamins. I'm looking to chenge though because the only difference I see is my neon yellow pee...lol

Vitamin: there a good vitamin pack outhere called Elementals Total Supplement System also complete for A - Zinc plus with ginkgo, ginseng, immune-targeted antioxidants, EFA's and chromium!!

Cemtrum Forte...mmm isn't that for people 50+..... well if u need it take it....
