YEs Ladybug. I remember doing some squares in our biology classes about recessive and dominant genes. After several combinations among plants and animals that are of mixed genes ,it can be possible to have young with the phenotype ( physical characteristics ) of the first "parents" , black and white; however, the white girl and the black girl have recessive genes that the original parents didn't. Therefore, their children will show some black and white characteristics.

Back home it happens often. I knew a couple of brother and sister, He was really dark, and the girls really white. We called them NUCITA ( Chocolate and vanilla ) hehehe!.
this isn't the firts time i've seent his happen i have two friends of mine latinos and one is white and the other is moreno and they look exactly alike expect for thier skin colour.
it was so wierd when i met them everyone had a hard time believing they were twins
