I think its a must, unless youre in the urban or latin industry.  You cant go around calling people 'locos' and 'breddren' at work.

Do any of you change your tone, dialect or professional demanor when you're at work???


I definately feel that I talk differently at work. No swearing and my voice is lower when I'm on the phone with clients.
