I start with the vegetables.... then move on to the ailes...and then the frozen department..... I don't mind going grocery shopping...what I do mind is the line ups at the cash .. and when they have to call for price check........ugh...hate the wait

I hate GROCERY STORES...I dislike shopping for groceries..the frozen section is COLD! It is also for that same reason that Ive never liked even working in a grocery store... sorry...i am not in a happy mood today... lol

I have read and heard that you should never go grocery shopping hungry. You should eat something before, cause if you're hungry you're more suceptible to buy stuff that you normally wouldnt buy, and then your grocery cart is twice as full as it usually is.

Here's a couple other marketing tricks I learned straight from marketers; kids cereals and snacks are positioned within kids' reach so they can grab them and most times parents don't realize the kids have placed the items in the grocery cart.
In shoe marketing, u ever notice some shoes have funky tags hanging off them? they are meant by the shoe manufacturer to be STOLEN! they add no special value to the shoe but are a marketing piece meant to be stolen and promote hype among the theif's peers.
I start from the fruit and vegetable section, dont know why, I just do. I know the Food Basics like the back of my hand, so sometimes, i know exactly where everything is and I'm in and outta there pretty quickly........................till I get to the line up, now the line ups there suck

I heard on a radio show that it's good to avoid the middle sections and just shop around them for healthy, hearty foods.....because if you notice all the veggies, meats, dairy are on the outskirts of the middle frozen foods and cans section......the sodium infested isles....LOL
