parents usually know more cause there older and expienced and they've been thru more..but they can also b very old fashioned...but times have changed alot since there times...

I don't remember my parents giving me wrong advices, but it doesn't mean it was all music to my ears ... anyway, I think it worked well for me, I had the ressources to get back on track after a fall.

exactly...therefore if you made a decision and it was wrong obviosly you didn listen to your parents advice...so they never gave you wrong advice...

back to answering the question...Pretty much all advice from parents is good..so I dont think any advice turns out to be wrong...parents always want the best in the world for us..

For me I would say is when my parents used to tell me as a kid to not have sex before marriage because I am going to get someone pregnant. WRONG! Luckily I have no kids yet thanks trojan and durex.
