Sorry baby...for keeping you up all the time..lol


For me it has to be the tea. A nice warm tea with lemo always helps relax me. Then fall asleep watching tv...

 X-tina, try to save the equivalent os sevent monthly paycheques and you'll sleep better.

I was drinking my new fav energy drink this morning and saw that it has 160mg of caffeine so i did a search for other drinks and found this site which shows how much caffeine is in most drinks we consume and it might help explain those poor sleeps we've all been getting:

Really? It's because my mind is wandering that I can't fall asleep. I have to try and clear it but it's very difficult. Once though, I tried to clear my mind but stay conscious up until that moment when you fall asleep. Big mistake! My body was asleep but my brain was still awake and aware. Sooooo F'en scary!

Well, we're on the same boat, Xtina, so I can't help you there! Maybe it's a Sag - Dec. 7th thing? (more like curse!) I have never EVER been able to fall asleep immediately, no matter how tired I am.

Try drinking warm chamomille tea.... works for me....or take a warm shower and go to bed with socks on ... this also works

@ Buffy, yeap, wine works fine !


I wish I had some last night. I had the worst sleep in a long time and my upper back and neck are in REAL pain Disturbing dreams, so so realistics that it was scarry !

It could be one of two things: Stress or Love. Or a bit of both.


 


Wine's a life saver for either, so I highly recommend it.

Try drinking tea (lettucce and apple). It's supose to make you feel relax so that you could have a better sleep.

Actually watching TV works for me.....and lying on the couch....those are the best long naps.....

Any very intense exercise will relax you... specially if theres a cooldown period.

Actually, I wouldn't call that a workout in the purest sense, it's actually work and this causes a build up of all the bad things that are keeping you up. ie stress both mental and physical.

you really need to train your body to 'unwind' at the end of the day... seriously, if you don't have a yoga dvd or pilates, u should do some stretches, it gets the blood flowing, calms your heartrate and you'll find that you can sl..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

well during the day im so active b/c i work @ a day care so im constantly on the go with these AMAZINGLY HYPER and active kids...so in regards to exercise ..i do get a workout during the day...


but i should try wine...I love wine......omg i'm going to become an alchy this way..but hey gotta start somewhere..

Me too... i think it's the caffeine i'm consuming during the day.

Have u tried exercise? That's the easiest way to get a good night sleep.

Yoga helps too.

Red wine or turkey always makes me sleepy

Or you could alwa....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
