THIS IS SOUNDS FUNNIER TO ME THAN ANYONE ELSE I THINK.....BECAUSE I'M ALWAYS THE FIRST TO NAG ABOUT THE LACK OF ORIGINALITY/CREATIVITY ON THIS FORUM....SO I OVER-DID THE MARRIAGE THREADS TODAY TO PROVE A POINT.....WITHIN SECONDS I HAD EVERYONE MAKING UP THREADS LIKE THAT......OF COURSE, MINE WERE SILLY POINTLESS THREADS....BUT ALL DONE WITHIN 1 MIN APART.
.....FADS EXIST BECAUSE "ITS THE THING TO DO" ....FOR CURIOSITY AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES......THAT AND WHAT LAHTINA SAID......
ALSO...THE "COPY CAT" SYNDROME.

You wouldn't happen to be bistor, would you?! Let me check... ok, no, you're not. So... my guess is instinctive conformity. Instinctively, social creatures need to "fit in" with their pack. Instinctively, our species learns through repetition. And instinctively, it is wise, when all other animals randomly start running in one direction, to follow. I'm sleepy now, btw. I need to give this more thought.
