WELL...I HAD THIS DREAM A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK THAT SCARED THE $HIT OUT OF ME...
HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED A CONTINUATION OF A DREAM...???
TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT...A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK I HAD A DREAM THAT MY BROTHER PASSED AWAY...IN MY DREAM HE EXPERIENCED A PAINFUL DEATH AND ALL...NOW THAT WAS ONE NIGHT....
THE NEXT NIGHT IT CONTIUNED WHERE MY DREAM LEFT OFF THE NIGHT BEFORE...IT HAD A STORY LINE AND ALL...LIKE CHAPTER 1 AND 2...
I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THAT...IN BOTH NIGHTS I WAS WAKING UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN SWEATS AND CHECKING UP ON MY BROTHER TO SEE IF STILL BREATHING...
I am a terrible sleeper..I have nightmares all of the time. I have actually hurt myself a number of times during dreams. The worst nightmare was I dreamt that I had lost my family and my house in a bad storm and was forced to hide in an underground storm tunnel with people I didnt know. These peole were trying to steal my bag and clothes off my back and I had to run for it. I actually did run. Out of my bed and room until I collapsed in the family room because I had torn all of the legiments in my ankle. Had to walk with a cane for 4 months.
Recently I had another dream..I got out of my bed, started to run, tripped over my computer chair and wacked my head on my armoire. I had a huge bump and bruise on my head for about a week.
I've only had one nightmare and I was like 6 or 7.. i dreamt i was sleeping on a bed of spiders... kicked and screamed out of bed. The weird thing is i've never been afraid of spiders before or after that... it's cockroaches I hates!!!!

What was your worst nightmare? I don't have as many as I used to, but I will never forget the worst one I had.It was actually 2 years ago and it was scary because it felt real. I woke up and had to physically see my family to believe I was awake. In the dream I was being hunted by assasins and since they didn't catch me they killed my family.
