I know nothing of measurements, for me it's whatever 'feels' right.
@ Dogo (pronounced Dago) I meant a spoon and fork instead of knife and fork.

Both her and mi tia used to work at my grandmother's tortilleria in Guadalajara since they were kids. I think opening up a real tortilleria in Canada would be an awesome idea. I see good business in a place like that with the proper promotion. Sometimes my parents go to "El Super Guatemala" inside the Mercado Latino to buy tortillas that are imported from Mexico. Only thing, they are frozen. But I still like those more than the other brands you'll find at Dominion and other big Grocery Stores. Hey dude, where is this mercado latino? Kensington mkt?

It's actually in the West End. To be precise, it's on Milvan Rd...just steps north from Finch Ave. The closest main intersection is Weston and Finch....just 2 lights west.

Ok, tortilla is the basic food in Mexico, we use tortillas for everything when we are eating, with tortillas u can make tacos. Tortillas are made with Maiz, ok, let me put some pics of tortillas....
Ok, so, anyone knows if someone sells tortillas in toronto??? how much it cost?? Grettings!! PrincipeMx OK, I get it... thanksActually this is what I thought it was, until... you said you would open a store to sell these...That threw me off because you would have to sell about a thounsand of these a day to make little money or break even, no?... I mean a tortilla can't be any more than maybe 3 or 4 for a buck(?)Or do you mean that at tortillerias they sell them with toppings? like tacos? (sorry, I know I'm sounding ignorant but I've never seen/been a tortilleria before)
In Mexico they're about 6 pesos per kilo. You're talking about 0.65 CND. But of course you wouldn't sell it for that much here. I think that a 750 gr. package is about 3.65 CND. Not sure, I never pay for them.
