Yeah...the case is not closed yet..and its been like 6 years apparently. Wow 6 years..... Yup I guess the RCMP doesnt care. ..and this is good for the parents, since they were behind this murder....Its funny how a country like India would be more interested in solving the case then the Canadian authorities and we are supposed to be more i dunno what word I want to use..."proactive" or more organized I guess when it comes to crime..we are supposed to be a Just nation...
I just can understand how can a parents allow or be behind their Childs murder just cause of family pride..

I watched this movie yesterday... Ohh God... couldn't not believe that her own parents would do such thing.... They wanted respect, do they really think they would get it by murdering their own daughter????
Last night I have to admit I watched straight Canadian television, beginning with CANADA ET...which I dont really get cause the stories sometimes get repeated on the following US ET Show
Then I watched CITYTV for MUCH MUSIC VJ SEARCH and then I sat for two hrs and watch the film "MURDER UNVEILED" on CBC...yup I said CBC....
Did anyone else watch this movie? Anyone hear about this movie and the story?? I believe it was a Canadian Film and I thought it was good. From the actors/acting to the story line progression.
This movie was based on a true story about an Indo-Canadian girl who was murdered back in her home town for marrying against her relatives will. Its like a modern Romeo N Juliet. I quite enjoyed it, although it was a sad movie with a sad ending.
