I just watched "The Weather Man" with Nik Cage....


I liked it.... 1 and a half....

I agree with Mark....no real story...it could have been summed up in 2 minutes....AND it's a pretty quiet movie....they don't yell, they whisper...no music....

Not recommended for theatres thats for sure!


It's basically about widows of India and how they are treated and what they go through....


Absolutely NOTHING happens until the last 20 mins...and then everything happens....but it's not as exciting as I'm making it out to be...LOL

MID APRIL....the movie TAKE THE LEAD, produced by Antonio Banderas is coming out.....and I really wanna see it because it was filmed at the Royal York Hotel and my friends are part of the lead dancers....along with other Toronto faces.....plus it's a dance movie....

@ LAHTINA....I watched MAR ADENTRO because of Javier Bardem....I love him!.....at times I found that nothing was happening and the saddest part was when the kid was chasing him as he was leaving....and I loved it when he jumped out the window and flew...it felt like that was me flying....from that camera angle


I watched Madea's Family Reunion in the threatres and I really liked it.....very full of emotion....the guy is great!!  The first one was good also....


I liked MUNICH also....

We watched a French film: La Pianiste, The Piano Teacher (Michael Haneke). All I have to say is WHAT THE FACK was that about? That being said, I really enjoyed it. It was weird, disturbing at times but very interesting; you can call it anything but predictable.


I'm surprised I hadn't heard about it before.

que hay como les va espero q hayan comenzado bien la semana. despues de un domingo de pelicula.


La ultima pelicula buena q vi aqui fue la de mar adentro. y ayer vi la de sexo pudor y lagrimas. exitaso en mexico!!!!!! hace como 5-6 anos, no recuerdo, pero ando buscando LA OTRA CONQUISTA. si alguien sabe  o a visto esta pelicula DIGANEMLO!!!!

LMAO... I did this once and so yes, I agree! The one I rented though was a boring, boring chick flick: Boys on the Side I think it was. I didn't realize that I had already watched it until the middle. Then I remembered that I didn't like it the first time either!


Did you at least like The Machinist? I liked that movie. It wasn't awesome but it is so much better than a lot of the crap out there.

Saw parts of THE DEVILS REJECTS and it was really stupid. Just white people killing other white people. No real plot and it tries to go for shock value. The movie is garbage.
Saw Wolfcreek a few weeks ago in theatres and thought the first hour was boring. The last 30 minutes of the movie is really good though. Nice gore scenes.
