I think it is safe to say that Morales is doing what most hard working and honest Latinos secretly wish our governments would stand up and do - eliminate corruption at the true source, within the government itself.
My biggest concern with Moreles' approach is his reliance on people who may be unqualified.
He may have also stripped honest officials from their job and pride which of course will cause resentment.
It's too early to predict what will happen but it is something that was overdue and it could set a standard for other governments to follow if it works out well.

As a proud Boliviano, i feel that Evo Morales will succeed were others have failed. He's not only changing the way Bolivia use to be but has idealistic plans to better Bolivia.
This is a man with not only cojones but a man that knows and reconizes that his country is in need of CHANGE.
I for one are 100% behind this man and can't wait to see the results of his hard work.
If you are interested take the time to read about this man, you might learn something.
VIVA BOLIVIA!!!
