As an employee either of the individual team or the NBA, LCabron James should have the “right” to refuse to take part in the Slam Dunk Contest. I as an employee would not like to feel forced to participate in anything that is not part of my legal contract. However, if it is in my best interest, I would do it. Similarly, LHuevon James should do it for himself – there is lots of exposure to be had – not to mention all the fun that they have while they participate in those events… Too bad he is just a big sissy.

Lebron James declines NBA's request to participate in slam dunk competition. Do you think he should have that choice? Been one of the most dynamic dunkers in the NBA...is it not his responsibility as an NBA employee to participate??
We can clearly see the difference between MJ and James, MJ give the crow something 2 cheer 4, but this fool is just in it 4 the money, like u said he is 1 of the most dynamic dunkers PPL pay big $ 2 go see he @$$ do that so why the in the bigges stage, but he is just a pice of $hit..

Is he technicaly an employee of the NBA? or of the team he's playing for?
You're right.....he's technically an employee of the individual team....but the teams are part of an association.....which governs them......
