A friend doctor of mine told me that most bacteria on your hands only stays alive for a few minutes because bacteria needs moist and warm conditions to thrive. You only have to be careful before you eat or take your hands to your lips, nose and eyes - then is when they should always be washed. Otherwise, he said, it's just obsessive compulsiveness.

FIRST THING I DO WHEN I GET HOME FROM WORK IS KISS AND HUG MY LITTLE PEOPLE.... I THEN GO TO THE WASHROOM....WASH MY HANDS, PEE AND THEN CHANGE INTO SOMETHING COMFY!!!


WHEN I GET HOME FROM A CLUB.... FIRST THING I DO IS TAKE OFF MY SHOES, PUT ON MY PJ'S AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

When I come home from work, I wash my hands and then start to cook or watch TV (Novelas).


If I come home from a club I take all my clothing off, brush my teeth and pass out.
