lol this is the same in Guatemala, but I use all three. It all depends on who I am talking to. If I don't know the person, or they are older then me by many years than I use usted. You know out of respect. Now if the person is younger, or if I know them well I'll use tu or vos.

Ha Ha that's soo true, back in el salvador only the rich kids and snobby people use "tu" otherwise "vos" is what most of us use. I try tu use "usted" just to be safe with people from other latin american countries. And yes, I've learned to master the "tu" with certain people. Although it's hard sometimes.

My favourite accent in spanish is the Chileno one, although the Iberian accent is sooo sexy sometimes. In english i would say the British of course.

Newfoundlanders have one of the most weird accents my friend is Newfie and OMG sometimes I need close caption.

Ohhh, and the worst accent thing (as a turn off), hmmmmmmmmmm, I would say Indian and sometimes German, although I remember a friend, Axel, he had the cutiest accent speaking spanish.

Oh, I just remembered an accent that is so annoying beyond belief (for me, duh, everything irritates me) but the short a in the Canadian accent. Like when the say "pasta" for example... soooooo nasally! I can't stand it!
