Maybe it's just temporal. It happened to me a while ago, the foro didn't work for a couple of days from work. But then all of a sudden I was able to connect again. What kind of message is she getting???
I don't know but she sent me a quick PM from home @ lunch time !
I will check, but I think she just can no access the TH page or the foro, more specifically !
