I tried one of those magnetic bracelets. I gotta say, my urges to smoke reduced dramatically but after a while, I stopped wearing it and I still didn't want to smoke. I think it was just will power. You have to WANT to stop; serioulsly. Trust me, I WANT to smoke, even now as I'm typing this but knowing I'm personally at a higher risk of getting seriously ill is enough to not want to.


A lot of people have quit cold turkey, me included and it works. I just cheat a little when the foro gets together.

Half Tabacco, half weed, that for sure will reduce my smoking of tabacco byt half, LOL

I was given this self hypnosis "quit smoking" program CD and it seems the program it's doing its job... I've reduced my smoking 50% (I used to smoke 2 packs a week...now I'm down to 1)


Now every time I see water (not the movie) I'm supposed to reassure my will of quitting the dirty habit...



The CD is produced by the Ontario Hypnosis Centre (http://www.ont-hypnosis-centre.com)
