I think that sometimes u just don't want to do anything for urself,. 'cause u think that the ppl need to accept u the way u are and look,.. but u have to be good and feel good for urself ,. not because ur dating,. or u got divorce or married,. or any other situation,. it has to be because u want to do it,.

I don't think I have let go,. but I really don't care sometimes the way i dress,. but when i go out i must look good,.. in evry day basis I look acceptable,.

To that point, it's tough watching your weight, sometimes it slowly rises and by the time you realize it, you've put on 10 lbs!


Complacency is one thing but stress adds a lot to letting go too cause you're more concerned about your job/kids/family etc that you forget about yourself.

Yes I have, last year I didn't care about my weight, I was comfrotable with myself for a while I don't know I guess you go through a phase sometimes, buth then after I kind of said, enough is enough and I lost the weight I gained
