Do to the increase in violence now a days... Would you ever consider having a "Panic Room" in your house? I just saw that houses are now coming with what they call..."Safe Cores". They're not just a room.....but a BIG A$$ room that has everything that you need to survive for 30 days. Some don't just come with a room that protects....but some actually become offensive when dealing with an intruder. Two systems are: One uses shot guns the fire 5 rounds at a time from the ceiling down towards the intruder.... Second system shoots spikes up from the floor infront of the doors... Do you think this is over reacting??? Or do you think we need to start making these rooms standard in houses??
SO HAVING A LOADED 9 MIL IS NOT GOOD?? OR THE "SAFETY BOX" WITH WATER CANNED FOOD AND BLANKETS IN THE CLOSET IT ALSO CRAZY???
Ya! and what if we were invaded by aliens!!!! Then i guess most of us would have to have a generator, fresh air supply, a few guns, a couple of grenades, a month supply of food, a gas tank in the back yard, etc etc etc....... If I ever get to that point remind me to move! don't worry loca just buy lots of candles you'll be fine

I think that having one of these rooms would be great in the southern states of the good ol US of A. That way if there is ever a big azz tornado or hurricane, then you can hide out there for as long as you have to. But then again, if all homes came equiped with these things, then we would have never been able to enjoy such a timeless classic as "The Wizard of Oz". Imagine if Dorothy had one of these bad boys.... there would be no "over the rainbow" for us... not a good thing.

Of course it is over reacting. Do we want to leave in fear all the time ? I don't, I do not want to become a paranoid person ! So I just live my liife and just make sure I won't put myself in dangerous situation. But those things can happened to you everywhere not just at home, so...
