For sure networking is a good solution. I myself have been dabbing in those workopolis and monster websites looking for a good job placement. You always end up seeing the same jobs posted. I've been looking for a part time now that the music scene has been winding down a bit. If anybody knows of interesting openings, please throw them my way. Thanks. mad luv

Have you guys seen this Clasificados section on this site? It's just like the foro. I'd say we post any job we see available in our own workplaces there. It might help somebody find a job.
Dogo, you're right. There's no better way to find a job than networking. I suggested to Genie once to go look in the specific company that you want to work for and check their website. They usually post any openings they have. Or just ask friends. They might know somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody...

I have used Monster for hiring people before and it is just as hard to find a good resume as it is to find a good job.
When your posting on those job sites funky things happen to your resume. All of a sudden a half decent resume is riddled with spelling errors and poor grammer....your resume goes out hte window.
I know you guys already know about the translation freelancers I am looking for...and have found but iam also looking for a an Escalation officer ( training and developing our third party call center, category support expert ......
