Ya, it does help to do something during the winter, it don't make it warmer though, but at least you get to look forward to doing something fun during the weekend, as opposed to having sex or some BullShit like that

I love those calm snowy nights where there's no wind at all.
Where the snow is nice and fluffy and white (unless you couldn't hold your pee..lol).
When it falls down in small cotton like clumps rather than individual snowflakes covering everything around you ....
and you hear no traffic on the streets at all....
just the quiet hum of your breath and the quiet hiss of the falling snowflakes being packed under your snowboots as you walk.

 
Where you can drop on the ground and just feel a cloud-like substance underneath you...
You get the great idea and start to make your snowangel with ease because of the fluffiness of the snow. remember? just when you were a kid! 
Where you can grab all the snow you want so that you can pack into a big ball and make the best and sturdiest snowman ever!!....
with the carrot nose and the buttons and the little branches for arms and the 2 eyes made out of coal...yeah! just like Frosty!...

You throw your favorite scarf around the fella' then you take off you good ol' warm hat and place it on the top of your new best friend's perfectly rounded head.
You haven't made a mouth on him yet, but your so darn sure he's smiling back at ya'. 
You then wish he would come alive and play and prance around with you....to share with you this happy moment....Oh what a winter wonderland!!  

Then when your work is done, you smile at this wonderful scene and then look up to the heavens and see nothing but the softest blanket of snow falling softly on your face. You feel like you're in a crystalized paradise... so you twirl with your arms outstretched loving every second of this..."This is winter!!" you cry out. You wouldn't change this for anything in the world...would ya?
