So i read in the paper this morning that at 6 canadian prisons the inmates can be at ease when tatooing eachother after the government said a $700, 000 training program was going to be put in place to cut down infections from bad tatoos. (WHAT?! they're in JAIL!! to learn a lesson! they shouldn't get any comodidades!) Sure, then there are some who think a little and figured that this "IDEA" may back fire since the inmates could use the equiptment as weapons. (No **** sherlock! why not use the money to get more criminals off the roads?! instead of giving then passes to wonderland?! Did you guys hear about that one!!?) Now, WHY WHY WHY do they get such special treamment? People doing time get a good life, more perks, incentive, FREE EDUCATION! education that i wish i had, but don't because i CAN'T AFFORD IT! If we all stopped working, where would they get the money to fund all this with nothing to tax? Now that's something i'd like to see. What a peeve of mine that is!
Yeah when u see where our Tax Money is going kinda makes you wanna take a cash job! Its sad to see that even if they commit crimes they are treated better then some of our homless ppl! Think about it they get:(and this is kingston pen)ok I know i had the pleasure of having a friend sent there so this is not hear say or nada!
They Get Maximum security = a warm bed with sheets, running water, showers three times a week, warm meals not the best but Three warm meals a day! a rec room with cable some channels omitted, cards ping pong and a access to a work out room gym and medical check ups.
Minimum = gets the same but they have the luxury of having a garden!! and schooling for free! yes u can earn a degree thru the Ontario Education Board! and i mean college courses that cost us thousands of dollars also access to books and leaning materials (this goes for maxium too except no garden)
I mean how sad is it that if u take a life u get treated better then a HOMELESS person!! Also if you have family that comes to visit you get a trailer for u and ur spouse to spend the weekend or one night!!! I mean thats just not right! but then agian this is were our money is going so oh well
