Counsel BK, If I may... allow me to point out one thing to you and you client, and all of Forolandia.  There is one very exclusive, all emcompassing clause in the Friendship Agreement.  The reason why it it so very important is because it overrides any other clause, agreement, amendment, law, by law, etc. etc.  This clause is called the "Culo and Feet" clause. Let me school you on it before you attempt to come into my jurisdiction with your little baby Sesame Street song and dance.  Maybe you could learn a thing or two, and then once youve becomed a seasoned vetran in this regards, then I might be able to afford you the priviledge to talk to me directly.

The all encompassing "Culo and Feet" clause states the following;

All previous agreement, arrangments, amendments, laws, by-laws etc. either written or orally agreed upon shall become null and void effectively and immediately, if there is any of the following:

a. the removal of ones foot attire during a public outting, such as, but not limited to, clubs, restaurants, dancefloors, foro outtings, strip clubs, cars, public washrooms, courtrooms etc.
     i. It is even more of an offence if ones foot is as black as midnight
     ii. It is an even more severe offence is the said foot/feet are quite objectionable to   the nose

b. The exposing of ones azz to the general public.  Which also includes, but again is not limited to, flashing, photographs, paintings, sketchings, moldings etc.
     i. It is more of an offence if this is done out of ones own free will
     ii. It is more of an offence if this is done with the purpose of utilizing a photographic instrument to capture the said azz
     iii. It is more of an offence to do this repeatedly

This being presented, it is evident that your client has breached the Friendship clause on many occations, thus making the said "Bait" allegations false and of no substance.
