too hard.... for starters, the CRTC will not grant a license for an ethnically exclusive radio station (AM or FM) as it contradicts one of their mandates. It would have to be a multi-cultural station with a majority of spanish programing such as Voces. Secondly, the FM dial is pretty saturated so it would be kinda hard to get a spot that doesnt interfere with existing stations. 3rd, it cost MAD coin to get an FM license.

Im tellin u. strip taqueria is where its at!

Actually back home they had this "Bar/Cafe" kind of thing called "La Aldea" with like a swedish (I guess) theme and not only could you but the furniture but you could buy anything inside the place, and the furniture was actually built on site, like a barn on the side of it and the workers all dressed as in typical costumes. Was a very cool place but then went belly up, not sure why
