I know i am kind of writing late but i was busy cleaning up after all of you guys.......lol .....just joking. Thank you everyone for coming it was a great turn out. Its nice to see everyone had fun. A special thanks to the team that put this together LadyBug, Genie, Latinsoulchild.(thanks for not ruining the surprise and doing everything you could to keep baina out of the house). I wouldn't have been able to pull it off if it wasn't for you guys. Well i hope to see you all again at the nect foro gathering. It should definately be fun after this experience.

I wanna thank everybody for being there and making it such a great night for my boy. Those who helped create the surprise (patting myself on the back..lol) and definately those who made it out. yeah ladybug...only thing missing there that would've made it like heaven, would've been your cheesecake friend. I did miss that very much...lol I honestly have to admit that I'd rather have a night of fun like that over a night of performing anytime! (well depends the pay too..lol)

Wow, I'm SOOOOO glad we made it to Bainaman's surprise party... even though hubby was like "But I don't know anybody!" He's crazy enough to "seguirme la corriente" though, and it was so worth it. First of all, if you're invited to a Panamanian's birthday party, make sure you show up. These guys are the example of Panamanian hospitality. From the parents to the sisters, cuñados, they'll make you feel like you're part of the family! Bainaman, say thank you to your family for making a couple of COMPLETE STRANGERS feel so good and cozy. We had a blast. Seriously, my jaw still hurts from all the laughter! Oh, and guess what happens when you hang out with musicians? You meet celebrities! I met Daddy Yankee and Don Omar that night. I even saw them in their pajamas! Oh, and they LOOOOVE Bainaman. I'd dare to say he's their idol! And your BIL... One of the funniest guys! Good dancer too. Put us all to shame.

@ Sabor Nuevo: You guys f*cked up royally by not asking LadyBug and Genie organize your Latin Industry awards. These two ladies REALLY KNOW HOW TO PUT ON A WICKED PARTY! You guys are awesome organizers and the most gracious hostesses. Really, guys, you should do this on a grander scale! Thank you so much for inviting us. Even skeptic hubby had a great time!

@ Rebelde: You're such a sweetheart, and you also were involved in the organization of this thing (I think). Thank you so much for being so nice with, again, a couple of TOTAL STRANGERS.

@ Ricky: It was really nice to finally meet you, you big celebrity! You're are so funny and nice in person. Such a joker! I would've loved for you guys to bring out the guitars and have a MANA moment (the band, not the club). We'll do that next time. And like Ke Te Pica, I have a lot of work to do on you re: the SLUT campaign. Don't think I'm getting off your case with that just because I met you. I'm even worse in person! Oh, and you have to ask the Bongo guy fromt he P-Crew to join the foro. That guy made us laugh like crazy. So, so funny!

@ Angelita Dulce & Miel: Couldn't have chosen better nicks. The sweetest (and most normal) ladies in there. It was a pleasure to meet you (or see you again) both.

@ Confu: Confu, you're really special. Really, really special. It's true, we both have a love/hate relationship, but I wouldn't change what we have for the world. I've changed my mind, and now Ke te Pica is not the ying to my yang. You are. You've been promoted. You rock, girlie girl! Oh, and next time I'm bringing Shantall to the next gathering. It's a promise!

@ Chale: My co-presidenta. This girl is a riot! She's exactly how she writes! Cool, funny, a big flirt and a fellow smoker! What can I say, I found my soulmate! It was such a pleasure to meet you, Chale.

So those are the highlights of my night. We got the ball rolling with the Book club and we also founded a brand new club: The "Most Likely To Die From Emphysema or Lung Cancer" Society. So far we have quite a few members (more than the book club, actually): Colombiana, Chale, Confu is the president of this one, Dogo, I think Ke Te Pica and Gitana, and we also have a few miembros honorarios or non-foro members who will have the same destiny as the rest of us.
