I'm posting this here because Pancho Cachondo (or... the foro member formerly known as God) knows I don't want D.A.R.T. coming after me.

I just finished watching Dot the I with Gael García Bernal, Natalia Verbeke and James D'arcy. It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2003. I hadn't heard anything about it though until I saw it in Blockbuster yesterday. I really liked it. It's original and involving. The performances are great, especially D'arcy's.

If you have a chance, check it out.

ETA: Duh, I forgot to give the plot: basically it starts out as a standard love triangle, but last minute revelations give the movie some very interesting twists.

Oh, McPerson, we have the EXACT same taste in movies. I saw Solo Mia a couple of months ago and I couldn't stop crying. Such a strong movie and such a sensitive subject matter. They did a superb job handling it. I highly recommend that one!

And I also saw Saw... amazing. I'm the type who ALWAYS guesses who did it, but not with that one. Unbelievable ending. One of my favourite movies of this year. A little gory, though, but worth watching.
