This tea does wonders for my throat: Cocer gengibre, limón, pimienta gorda y manzanilla. And Like Colo said use lots of Vicks Vapor Rub on your chest and back, and even on the outside of ur nostrils, that's the only way i can sleep when im sick. El Vick al lado mio. And drink lots of water. I usually take Tylenol Cold & Sinus as well.

Advil Cold & Sinus for the daytime. Neo Citran Cold and Flu for night time. Use lots of Vicks Vapor Rub on your chest and back, and even on the outside of ur nostrils. That works @ my house. Hope u feel better soon.
