Hey guys. Afro and I did some reasearch and we found

Salv-Aide. Salv-Aide is an organization that has been

working for over 20 years with marginalized and rural

communties in El Salvador. Afro's brother (mi tio) has done many

charitable events with them, so they're a trusted

organization. Experience has taught them that they

need money to send rather than containers with stuff

collected - therefore, it is better to collect money

and send it to a partner agency in El Salvador to

purchase or provide the communities with the most

needed resource (i.e. food, medicine, construction

stuff, etc.). Sending containers is usually more expensive

and complicated, plus clothes is not something people

really need in situations like this, food and medicine

are HIGH priority instead.

Salv-Aide will be selling tickets at $10 to go dancing

at Lula Lounge on Friday, October 14th, 2005.

Here is their website for more info: www.salvaide.ca

Hope we helped alittle!
