I want to get into shape.. but is sooo freakkking hard.. !!!


I'm temped to eat everything I find... I gain a "couple of pounds" and I can't take it anymore.. I know I need to exercise more often, but I have seen on TV a machine called "AB LOUNGE".. I'm wondering if this works.. they sell it in Wal-Mart.. do any of you have this type  of machine??? or something similar???? and do they work????

         lmao no i eat tacos all the time!!! but honestly its only been recently and i did have to stop cuz i hurt my left knee ligament so i had to stay away but  now im back in full force!! also food doesnt matter that much its as long as i eat three meals a day and if u notice i do not over eat i eat in moderation is the key to all evil!!!

I have one of those as well and just like you, i must have only used it like once!!!I try to hit the gym as often as i can and eat the right foods. Unfortunately i love food!!!!!
