Remember the 2003 Black out ? well I did a Huge research on that and there's evidence that HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) may have been responsible for the blackout.

The physical cause of the event such as the classic squirrel shorting out a transformer, has not been found; there were no indications of any lightning being present; nor was there any significant solar activity to cause an unexpected surge in the grid. Finally, the HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) was turned on just after 4:00 PM EST on that fateful day.

Although it may sound like an episode of the X-files, the facts are clear; HAARP is an ionospheric warfare tool, it is capable of focusing it's electromagnetic energy at long distances, it was turned on right at the time the event began, and such a scenario would serve multiple national security interests simultaneously with minimal economic impact but I guess it went wrong.....

merican military has actually published a detailed document "Owning the Weather by 2025" why ? because they can use weather control as a Weapon.....

I know it sounds like science fiction.....

The thing about Russia being able to control the weather with technology is TRUE

But until I witness it for myself......I also have to go with natural disaster on this one.........

and like I said before.......the next disaster will be the drowning of FLORIDA (just a matter of time)

Does any one think it's possible that all these disasters that are happening (Tsunami, Katrina...) might be man made? I was reading on this site (www.weatherwars.info) That the US and Russia have the tecnology to play with weather.

The US, according to this site, is using the weather as a secret weapon, controlling it to do what they want it to do! They have found within the clouds of hurricane katrina unmistakable patterns and odd geometric shapes that stricky point to the work of man, and NOT nature!
