Now about ur friend,.. probably neither of them want to say anything 'cause ur in the middle,. so my advice for u is just get out and let them alone,.. and if u r the one in the situation,...if u can't say ur feelings ur not mature enough to be in a relationship with someone,..

Dear Confused,
I would suggest that you tell your friend that he should let the next friend know how he truely feels. Life is too short for you, or your friend, not to take risks when those risks could result in a sweet relationship. Whats the worst that could happen? That the friend not feel the other friend, in which case, at least you let your feelings be known and you took that risk... now if he does not reciprocate those feelings back towards you, then you know it wasnt meant to be... but you at least took the initial step.
I say, let him know how you feel. or let your friend know to let the other friend know whats up...
