U can't meassure SUCCESS,.. because everyone has different goals,.. probably the way I see it is that being succesful is when u have achieve what u really wanted,..I can't say succes = money + Ph + .....,.. u said u messaure succes with money and happiness,.. hmm,,, well every one needs money ,. but the question is how much money u want in order to feel successful???,.. or what is happines for u????.,...

For some ppl maybe is money,. for others proffesionals achievements ,. probably having family (husband/wife and children),.. something that u really love and fullfill u as a person,. now education,. yes ,. it is important ,. but it all depends if u like studying,.. becuase the education system in any level is very classy,. (eventhough the ways of teaching vary from every teacher),.. every1 has different ways of learning,. some ppl don't like learning from books and in a classroom,,. they preferer learning hands on,. some ppl learn from apprentice programs,. or knowledge that has been in the family for years,. (e.g a mechanich teach his/her kid the proffession,.  he/she won't go to school to learn mechanich,. but works within the field,. and loves it ,. of course earn the money that he/she needs and probably more),..

So I think education or street smart is all good as long as u do what u love,. and u do it giving 100% of urself with passion,.. the rest will follow,. but of course u always need to have a goal,. and work hard to get it,.. another quote " If  u need a goal to be able to score",. or something like that,. it means that u need to focus in something,. and go for it,.remember " It s not how good u are,. it s how good u can be"

@Zipote,. about Italian,. most of them came from a rich family ,. and at first like 30 years ago they came with a lot of money and they were smart and invested,.... the same thing with chinese and Portuguess,. also most of the communities help each other,.. and that way they have earned what they have today,. For me success doesn't mean having a lot of money or a tittle,.. as someone said "Do what u love, money will follow",... if u really do what u love ,. u r gonna be a succesful person eventhoug at first ur going to struggle with money,. and other issues,.. after all ur effort will be oaid off,..

Nowdays u need to get a postgraduated education,.. High school is just the first step,.. u never finish learning,.. if u can earn a diploma,.. do it,.. it will help u to grow profesionally,.about athlete and rappers,.. well,. being an athlete is a proffession,. they train,. they study,.. and some have another profession aside,.. yes,. it s true that the money they get is a lot in comparison with a lawyer or a doctor,. but it all depends on the field they develop in,..about the entertaiment biz,.. if u think about it,. we are the persons who pay the salary a singers,.dnacers,...etc,. because we buy the cds,. we go to the concerts,..etc,.. and some of them have studied,. but what they like is being on stage or in front of a camera,. but it s still a job,...

i think they do give them the wrong idea to kids,..but that what are parents for,.. parents need to tell their children to become whatever they like ,. and do it with passion,. that at the end,.. they will recive what they have eraned with all their hard work,..
