I've attached an article stating where the Mexican Government sent the first Mexican aid convoy to ever step onto US soil just to help with relief efforts in New Orleans. This even came out on CNN. I'm more than sure many good hearted-Latino people did their part whether is was through private donations or volunteers there right now cleaning up the mess.
