To the anony that said that rap is a culture...you are partially right. Rap is a part of a culture witch we call hip hop. Rap is just a type of music and hip hop is the culture. Hip hop is based on not only music, but the way that you dress to break dancing and Djing and stuff of that nature. Another thing that I think is wrong is for someone to say that only blacks are the ones who rap or that our music is better then theirs, because if you find out how our music was made it's because of the blacks. Take salsa for example salsa is mixed with many different types of beats and sounds which many come from african beats. So if it wasn't for the africans we wouldn't have the beautiful music of salsa or merengue and so on. Our music is mixed with theirs. Why not try thinking for a change, before making dumb comments like that one.

Agreed, but they invented it didn't they? and look at 10 hiphop videos on MuchMusic today and tell me how many rappers are not black. Is that stereotyping? I don't think so. Besides steraotyping has a bad connotation, which I am not trying to imply at all. I never said hip-hop was bad. Okay let I would like to pose this question....then what do you think of a person that has an education but still does the rapper thing?

I personally think that Rap is a culture but you cant say that we have better music then rap. you cant compare. All music is different. so why put down the music or rappers that way. All music is different in its own way and funny part is that we adopt each others ways. Theres a little of everybody in all music.

We've seen posts about Fito all over the place, it looks like if there were a lot of people supporting him, they all just say "I love fito, I love fito". Now have you seen how many votes he had in TH radio fourth edition ? only 47 votes, is this all the fans that support him here in TH ? or do you think is just the same person posting, trying to make it look like there is a lot of people making threads about him. Well as of today sep. 14 he has only 9 fans that have voted for him in the fifh edition. Not very much for somebody that some people want us to belive he will be the next big thing besides hockey. So what is all this big thing you people make about Fito saying how much you love him when in reallity we don't see much support for him in TH radio.
