Todo dependera del tiempo que transcurra en la relacion,.. y que tan segura este la persona,. porque hay cada actor,. algunos te demuestran que te aman,. or even they say it,. but at the end it hasn't been true,.. so we need to open our eyes,.. or just don't take anything serious until ur at least 80% sure,. we have to be realistic ,. there is always a risk,..
Even though I think I have been in love before, I have never said "I love you" to anyone. It's a very powerful word and it doesn't come out of my mouth that easily. some people have said it to me and I'm usually like "yeah, yo tambien te quiero..."... which I think is less compromising then the "L" word.
I don't understand how some people can say it so easily. I guess, like someone else said before, they don't really care, and to them is just words, doesn't mean anything....
Someone told me that once....and I was like "yeah.......and.......go on......." (with a blank expression on my face like "What's your point".......we had only been dating 2 MONTHS......he didn't really know anything about me, couldn't even spell my name, didn't care about my goals, didn't do anything for me.....NADA......basically it was for show and tell, and he was all dramatic about it, nervous......I wanted to laugh......but I held it in for later......for when I had coffee with my girls OR for a foro story......LOL....the funny thing is, he got soooo mad at me for not saying it back.......so I pulled some novela "drama"on him and was like "Oh......I need some time.....this is all so sudden" LOL ....needless to say I LEFT HIM........and 1 week later he was saying I love you to another girl......and she said it back......a match made in "dumb dumb" heaven.....LOL
I guess some people say it as part of their routine, like Miel said. I'm always amazed at how easy it comes to some people and how hard it is for others. My man got mad at me too for not saying it right away, and to this day he resents that, but I just wanted to be sure, and when I was, I was, and it felt right. He actually should be grateful that I waited until it felt right, dammit! I gotta have a serious talk with him... be right back.

@ Buffy: I can't just say it, without meaning it. And I'm chicken enough to wait for the guy to say it first. lol Actually come to think of it, I don't care to hear those words.......so long as he shows me that he does, he doesn't need to tell me.

I was watching this movie a couple of nights ago and in it this guy said "I love you" to the girl and she just looked at him with a blank stare. It got me thinking, 'cause I've only said I love you once in my life, even though I've had major crushes on some other guys (and I've even cried for one or two at times), but I never, ever, ever said it before because I knew I didn't, I was just infatuated with them. When I did say it, he said it first, waaaay before I did, and the words wouldn't come out until I was sure I felt it. And I never thought saying it would be that hard, 'cause I've always been such a cynic. How do you guys do it? Have you said it often? Do you mean it? Do you make sure you're really in love when you do? Do people say it to you all the time? Do you believe them when they do?
Saying I love you o Te amo without feeling it for some ppl is easy ,. I think 'cause they don't really care or just they r used to do it,. or they just do it to get something(e.g sex),.. como una rutina or something like that,.. then personally,. I 've never said it ,. and I won't saying if I m not sure that I m really feeling it or that the other person is feeling it too,..
