1.- First you need to Boil them with Onion,Garlic, 1 carrot, bay leaf , Sea Salt , you need to boil them for an hour or so Until the bones are comes off....
2.- Fire up your BBQ .
3.- When meat is this soft, it really allows the barbecue sauce to permeate it, soak them in ur favorite BBQ sauce for 10 mins....
4.- Put them on the BBQ until they get crispy...
5.- Brush BBQ Sauce Before you serve them
6.- Open a Beer and Enjoy
Also you can have them with Corn on the Cob (boiled)
I agree with Fea....just salt - SEA SALT and some Argentinos even do it in the actual ground instead of on a BBQ and with branches from trees NOT coal - YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

there's a really good butcher shop in kensington market called european meats.. the selection is crazy and the prices are low.. lots of restaurants buy their **** from there and the hotdog vendors too..
I usually use my "green seasoning", which consists of garlic, cilantro, a teaspoon of pepper, teaspoon of salt, red onion, a tablespoon of olive oil, and achiote, sometimes i throw a little cumin in there too. I put all that in a blender with about half a cup of water and it makes this amazing seasoning/marinade. That's what i use pretty much on all my meat, be it chicken, pork, beef, even fish.
