This is How I make my Ribs....

1.- First you need to Boil them with Onion,Garlic, 1 carrot, bay leaf , Sea Salt , you need to boil them for an hour or so Until the bones are comes off....

2.- Fire up your BBQ .

3.- When meat is this soft, it really allows the barbecue sauce to permeate it, soak them in ur favorite BBQ sauce for 10 mins....

4.- Put them on the BBQ until they get crispy...

5.- Brush BBQ Sauce Before you serve them

6.- Open a Beer and Enjoy

Also you can have them with Corn on the Cob (boiled)

I usually use my "green seasoning", which consists of garlic, cilantro, a teaspoon of pepper, teaspoon of salt, red onion, a tablespoon of olive oil, and achiote, sometimes i throw a little cumin in there too.  I put all that in a blender with about half a cup of water and it makes this amazing seasoning/marinade.  That's what i use pretty much on all my meat, be it chicken, pork, beef, even fish.

The best asado is with just salt. no sauce, no beer, just salt. that's how argentinos make it.

and then you can make chimichurri on the side.
