With this event just weeks away, you can already tell the promotion cacked! No mention of the line up?? This thing is gonna be wack. Either way, it's going to end up being some reggaeton acts with one or 2 guys using a mic and maybe a few dancers...I don't call that a show. Say bye bye to big bands because TLN won't dish out their pocket change. I really feel for the Local talent. We definately know that those who will perform are going to end up doing it for free.

Ooops sorry Genie for starting false rumours, its just I havent heard crap about this event , usually you would get like weeks and weeks of free promo from TLN for the artists coming, and i read from the media, but since I haven't heard nada, thats why I made the comment, but perhaps its happening but I don't see any big acts coming maybe just the local talent and a last minute act...thats my 2 cents btw I dont have TLN, only satellite so i dont even know if they have commercials going
an artist like yankee would request and demand a min of a 2 month promo campaign for his first time ever appearance in Canada, don't you think? the TLN thing is only 3 weeks away and still nothing.Ohh and once again TLN is not willing to pay any local acts to perform, i'm not in shock, i'm just really disgusted
im not sure but i heard from one of my contacts that daddy yankee is one of them and im starting to believe it cause i havent heard anything about any artist and if they wanna make this big the have to come with something better than don omar cause the was big concert for toronto .

I saw the comercial on TLN, however they never mentioned who is going to perform so that is a bad sign already, it's probably going to be SSh!t like the last two years.

Does anybody know who is coming to Latin Fest 2005 at Canada's wonderland (to perform)??
I mean its the middle of July and this event is supposedly going to be at the beginning of August, and nothing has been said about who is coming nor has there been any hype made for latin fest.
Maybe its an event no one looks forward to anymore....
