The girl is probably nervous. I know I would be. I mean come on standing up in front of tons of people, and being on camera. It takes guts to do something like this. Sure she needs to improve and she will as time goes by. Give her a chance I'm sure she'll do better in the future. Perhaps Confu can give her one of her KE TE shots so that she can relax. LOL

About the votes,. no sure,.. u never know,...but she has this opportunity and she has to take advantage of it,.. it s true what LadyBug said,, el carisma es muy importante,. y es algo con lo que se nace,.. pero igual puede mejorar su trabajo en frente a la camara si tomara algun tipo de curso de comunicacion,.. or something like that,. hay personas que no les gusta el trabajo que hacen pero igual lo hacen super bien y dando el 100% solo porque lo han aprendido,..
I agree with God. She's very pretty but I think in due time she'll have to step up to the plate. At the time now, she's nothing extraordinary. BUT we can't forget that TLN didn't pick her. It was based on online votes. Besides, when has TLN ever had something extraordinary in the first place?

I saw her dude...nothing extraordinary .....I don't get this ppl sometimes....I don't get why the hype she's average....
We are giving her chance by not calling in and complaining. Nobody is arguing the fact that she is smart, attractive....etc The girl just lacks CHARISMA.....the #1 MUST HAVE ingredient for the job she is doing..... It's like having a bowl of cereal without the milk.....how dry is that? Some ingredients are just necessary. The only thing I gotta give that girl is that she has guts to be doing that. I'm sure she is a lovely person off camera, even a good friend, great athelete...bla bla bla.....pero eso no le quita el "DRY" on camera......

Out of all the candidates, Karen was the best choice....BUT....there are better girls out there, more professional, with charisma, poise and magnetism......give the viewers a reason to watch otherwise they will just change the channel OR look at you and not absorb anything you are saying, since they'll be too busy criticising....(this is the case for Tania).....no one really listens to her, bad for publicity and sponsors......Tania speaks clearly in english AND spanish, she's an OK looking girl, but lacks charisma, passion, energy, and she is boring to watch. On top of which she always has a serious cold expression to her face (no feelings).....yes, she might get better as times goes by, but she will never gain CHARISMA......that's something you can't study or buy....so it's a no win situation.
Language should not be a barrier for a TV reporter.....Look at Ismael Cala.....con el acento cubano y todo, the guy still manages to come across energetic, charming and informative.....(again, not the best choice BUT he is a profesional who was born to do this)

Por un lado si hay que darle la oportunidad, pero en mi opinion Karen era mejor. Ella parece que se pasa horas aprendiendo lo que tiene que decir en el segmento que tiene en TLN. Es bonita, pero la belleza no solo se ve por fuera, si baila salsa , pero no se como que le falta el sabor latino,. a lo mejor es solo mi impresion,. en mi opinion,. si no tienes talento lo puedes aprender,.. y si alguien la conoce prsonalmente deberia decirle ,. porque ella es una imagen publica que representa a los hispanos,..

its unfortunate to see that the only hispanic network on cable tv would search for a preety face rather someone with experience and skills/talent... someone that is bilingual, that can actually speak proper spanish and has alot more charisma than this girl Tania does.... she cute and she knows how to dance salsa prety well, but that doesnt qualify her as a good host... I personally think that Genie could do a far better job than this girl does. she has all that it takes and more to offer than this girl. If they were looking for a male host that could speak both english and spanish, has stage presence infront of the camara, has broadcasting experience, I would of sent my resume to TLN.
If you knew how much they pay (if they pay at all) you wouldn't be applying to ANY jobs there. Trust me. They're lucky they get the people they get.

I saw her on TV last night.........She's pretty attractive (not my type) but straight up......needs work on her TV presence. Let's give her a shot. It takes a little time to get comfortable in front of camaras and big audiences.
