Why don't you guys maximize your sales by including the outer cities, like Hamilton, Kitchener, and otehr, organize a day bus trip form Hamilton and u could robably get an extra 100 bodies or so, u can esaily get 500 peeps from hamilton at least if organized properly.
BTW, is this all ages? since its afternoon?

if u guys or the organizers need a place to sell tickets in Hamilton, i got a store where i deal greatly with the latino community...just pm me and we shall see
