here's a trick:

'accidentally' be somewhere along the path that you know that he's gonna be at.
And when you see him, just go up to him and start a conversation... doenst matter what it is that you start the convo with (could be the time/weather/directions/whatever)... as long as you get the ball rolling, you can feel him out and get a sense of how he is and what he likes etc... then take it from there.

there is a new guy that works close to my place i see him everyday, one day we just crossed a few words and i liked him right away, so any GOOD ADVICE that you girls can give me????
