Ok guys CHUCHITOS are a typical food back in Guate. they are made from corn carne recado and are put into dried corn leafs (not banana leafs those are tamales) for the mexican en el foro they are the same as your tamales.....for the rest if you have a DISH you may have seen the comercial of pepsi and the white kid that is at a party and takes a bite of eltamal l with the corn thing in it and at the end they say with pepsi save mejor.
anyways chuchitos are great either hot as in just made with coffee and sour cream on them or recalentados en las brasas the next morning with coffee hummmmm hungry.
