thats sweet! Its great when parents support their kids no matter what. I think that all parents SAY that they would disown you if you do something wrong, but in the end of it all, im sure parents would understand.. they were young once as well...
My parents have told me the same thing about being pregnant, but im sure that if it did happen, that they wouldnt disown me.
I've seen those shows as well (phantasma's comment), and thats just wrong!! I wouldnt have any teeth left if I ever even thought about calling my mom those names...

Parents will always be parents to their children, but I do think that althou my parents Love me to death, if I came home with a mom/dad I'm pregnant.....they will flip, maybe even die in the event of anger or a heart attack. They will disown me for sure & they will mean it.
They will still Love me & all that but the will give me thier backs for sure. They will say well if your old & stupid enough to get pregnant then you should be old enough to take care of yourself & that baby. Good Luck!! ( I think I will die)
To them it will be the biggest embarresment of their lives, that the only daughter of so & so got pregnant before being married. Ouchh that's a NO, NO in my house.
So in my opnion I do think they do.

Umm, well I know my dad would disown me if I came home pregnant ... But in reality I think when parent's say they will disown you it's all TALK ... No matter what they will always be your parents and you will always be there son/daughter! ... So just make the best of it!
Quick question to all of you, y'all think parents really disown their children when they do things that they don't agree with ... I mean I have a friend who ended up pregnant and her parent's kicked her out of the house, years passed and her baby is now 3 and her parents want her back and want to meet their grandchild but she can't forget how her parent's disowned her and now they want that life event to be forgotten como si nada ... What have you done ??
