whoa .... you seem like you've really thought this over, huh? some advise to you kid, since you have all of these thaughts and ideas floating around in your head why don't you do something constructive with it .... instead of sitting your a$$ behind your computer why don't you go to the event and perhaps share your thaughts in person with the organizers, promoters and djs. I'm sure they will appreciate your feedback.
You got some nerve talking about "everyone seems to be against eachother", you are bringing another negative aspect to this forum. Bottom line if you got something to say, by all means get it off your chest, but speak to that person(s) like a man and don't be a coward.

your acually right , but i know this is not an amature competiton . all of us dj's have skills that's why will show up to the plate and yeah sure call all the top of the line dj's in t.o i have no problem with that it will acually be better to see them live too . i'll give one point also i use a numark not denon so the futures are different than a denon you can't just do everthing that you know on a numark on a denon in 10 minutes. im done . peace to all and stop the hate .

another thing i noticed on this forum is that everyone seems to be against eachother here why all the hate? it aint getting you anywhere, everyone wants to be the best of the best in TO. dont you know that there is a crowd for everyone you just have to have proper image and belief in what your pumping, not no negative comments to scare your customers or make you look like a fool
also i see whoever wants to throw this dj competition does not have a clue how to throw a real competition, from the looks of it they just want to promote themselves or the club they work for (is business a bit slow at NYC?) it seems from previous postings that not all dj's in toronto are attending just 3 rookies, so in my eyes this is an amateur dj competition why not invite dj carlitos or host it another day/place so canadulce can attend too. these boys can throw it down good too anyhoots luck with this event hope no one comes out hurt or pepper sprayed.

Dj Candela you are invited along with any other DJ that would like to improve on their performance for this Friday for the continuation and the crowning of the winner! For your technical information if you red line a signal it becomes a hot signal and the sound distorts. It is important to know how to play with your gain and master control. The reason why no DJ is told about the particualr equipment used that night is because if you are a DJ you should be able to know how to work any equipment within minutes of looking at it. Maybe I expect to much but for me there isn't any piece of equipment that I do not know how to use within minutes of looking at it. This event is to be fair to the two DJ's that did not get scored that night. This event will be held this Friday April 22nd at club NYC. Doors open at 9pm and DJ Candela and any other DJ, if you will be attending this night please call me at (416) 825-5008 so that I can put you on the v.i.p guest list.

Hi Confundida lol and to anyone else out there who might be confused, Diamante will be competeing and don plyero will be competeing. We have the score sheets from all the previous competetors and a winner will be crowned and given the best of the best trophy that night. The all ages event has been post-ponded YET it will go on.
